Hand crafted, one of a kind, translucent buckram pasties with a 2.5 inch coverage area.  These rhinestones change color in the light from sapphire blue to purple to green.  Comes with swivel and 5.5 inch tassel which can easily be trimmed to the desired length.  This buckram-like material is stiffer than our clear vinyl base, has a matte finish and nearly disappears against the skin.  It's also great for getting wet!
